Refund and Return Policy: 1. Healthy Dose Pharmacy provides free home delivery on drug orders of Tk 1000 and above in Dhaka City. Below Tk 1000 delivery charge will be Tk 50 only. 2. Outside of Bangladesh Healthy Dose Pharmacy charges only 80 taka delivery charges on drug orders of 1000 taka and above. Below tk1000, delivery charges will be 100 tk. In this case customers have to pay in advance through any digital payment. 3. We cannot provide insulin and temperature controlled items for delivery outside Dhaka City. Because the courier service does not accept these items for delivery. 4. Minimum order value should be 500 taka. 5. Return requests should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Nothing can be done once the return window has expired. Return Policy: If the purchased medicines are intact, we exchange the medicines within 7 days. Any used strips/bottles cannot be returned. If the medicine needs to be returned due to a change in prescription, we will provide an exchange of the medicine as per the doctor's new prescription within 1 month of purchase. However, both prescriptions (previous and recent) must be submitted for company records. Any frozen items (e.g.; injections, insulin) cannot be returned under any circumstances. When we receive the returned drugs, the value of the returned order will be adjusted to the next order. In case of return/ exchange of medicine- If the customer returns a drug after delivery or requires an exchange of the delivered drug, the cost of the returned or exchanged drug will be adjusted against his next order. Cost cannot be adjusted through cashback. The cost can only be adjusted against the next order, e.g. - Person 'A' has to return two strips of medicine costing Tk.100. He can adjust the cost with his next order if he places his next order. If the next order amount is Tk 1000, he will pay (1000-100) = Tk 900 for his next order. In case of full advance payment (Medicine) – If the full amount of the medicine order is advanced and the order is canceled for any reason then he can get full refund through bKash. If so, the patient will get full refund through bKash.
